Natural Language Search
Search is the starting point to accessing information, be it public data from Google or enterprise content, yet many companies rely on clunky navigation, multi-filter interfaces or pre-built dashboards. Chirrp’s robust querying capabilities allow users to ask questions using natural language; there’s no need to know specific data elements or complicated database structures. Chirrp’s NLC has the ability to understand user requests, identify the important elements of the question, and follow up if required information hasn’t already been provided.
In this conversation, a user is searching for vacation travel packages.
Flexible Dialogue
Unlike most chatbots, chirrp doesn’t use predefined question and answer sequences. The user has the ability to ask open-ended questions, in their own words, in any order. If the customer decides to change topics, the system will recognize that the new question falls within a different content area and will answer accordingly.
In this example, the customer has questions about travel and hotel. They can easily switch topics, and receive an accurate answer, without delay.
